James Glenos

With nearly 25 years of experience in training and professional development, James Glenos comes to his role with a significant background in adult learning, instructional design, and content development. James also has the creative energy, the drive and enthusiasm to take the lead on the development of MorseLife Learning Institute, in its goal of positioning MorseLife as a renowned national center of online learning for professionals and lay audiences.

Prior to joining MorseLife in 2009, James was a Corporate Applications Trainer for AllianceCare, Inc., a provider of post-acute care services operating in three states, and before that, he served in a similar role at Bluegreen Corporation, a vacation ownership and real estate company. He also worked as a Software Trainer for Pro-MED Clinical Systems in Florida.

James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and the eLearning Guild.
