| ¼ cup Sour Cream ¼ lb Fresh Cooked Spinach 3 Small Zucchini 4 Peeled Potatoes 2 Medium Onions 2 Shallots 4 Eggs |
½ cup Flour or Matzo Meal 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Dried, Ground Coriander 1 tsp White Pepper 2 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Baking Powder Oil for Frying |
| Preparation: | |
| Grate peeled potatoes, zucchini and onion in food
processor. Squeeze out liquid and add cooked spinach, eggs,
flour/matzo meal, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper and sour cream. Mix
well in a bowl. Heat oil in pan. Put small pancake size batter in
pan and brown on each side and drain. Keep warm in oven. |

| 3 Large Sweet Potatoes 4 tsp Chopped Parsley 1 tsp Grated Lemon Rind 1 tbsp Brown Sugar ½ tsp Mustard Salt and Pepper To Taste |
½ tsp Ginger 2 Scrambled Eggs 2 cups Flour 1 clove Garlic Oil for Frying |
| Preparation | |
| Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Mash and combine with all other ingredients. Put oil in frying pan and when hot, drop heaping tablespoons of batter in pan. Fry on both sides until crisp. Drain on paper towels. | |

| ¾ cup Peas ¾ cup Carrots ¾ cup Green Beans 2 cups Peeled and Grated Potato ½ cup Chopped Onion 3 Eggs |
4 tbsp Flour 1 tbsp Crushed Corn Flakes ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Nutmeg Ground Black Pepper To Taste 4 tbsp Oil |
| Preparation | |
| Mix all ingredients to a batter consistency. Heat large nonstick flying pan and add oil. Carefully drop tablespoons of batter into pan. Fry both sides until crisp. Put on paper towels to absorb oil. | |

½ tsp Nutmeg 1/3 cup Oil 1 Peeled and Grated Apple Oil for Frying Melted Dark Chocolate |

| Grate peeled potatoes, onions and apples and add salt and then drain excess moisture. In separate bowl, mix eggs, pepper, nutmeg, matzo meal and 1/3 cup oil . Added potato mixture. In frying pan, heat oil for 350 degrees and add tablespoons of batter. Fry both sides until brown. Drain on paper towel. Drizzle with chocolate. | |

| Peel potatoes and grate them. Stir in all other ingredients to a batter consistency. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on each side. Drain on paper towels. Top with powdered sugar. | |
